Kent Express Summer 2018 Promotion: General Terms and Conditions:

1. Entry into the prize draw constitutes acceptance to all the following Terms, Conditions and rules.
2. A valid email address is required for all entrants, as this is how winner will be notified.
3. The competition is open only to UK-resident professionals aged 18 and over who possess a valid GDC registration number. Persons connected to Kent Express Ltd, its groups and affiliated companies or any of the competition sponsors (including employees and immediate members of their families) are ineligible to enter the competition. Persons professionally connected to Kent Express Ltd (including dealers, agents and distributors) are not eligible to enter the competition.
4. The competition is not open to wholesalers, corporate account holders, or dental practices/departments within government institutions,
5. Prizes are available only to the named account holder name that have recorded on our systems against the winning account number.
6. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered. Kent Express Ltd reserves the right to offer a grand prize of equal or greater value to that advertised.
7. As a condition of winning the Grand Prize, the winner must agree to take part in media activities that may include photography, video, providing testimonials and a short interview which may be used in Kent Express marketing material, both in print and online, in perpetuity. This media will only be used in connected to this prize draw.
8. The prizes will be as stated. Our prize draw will be advertised and promoted over several different mediums simultaneously. The decision of Kent Express Ltd is final.
9. No bulk, third party or automated entries are permitted. The Promoter may disallow entries, refuse to award any prize, or seek its recovery, in the event of an entrant’s fraud, dishonesty, non-entitlement or immoral behaviour in connection with the terms and conditions of this promotion.
10.  The competition commences 00:01 on 01/07/18 and finishes 23:59 on 30/09/18.
11. The Grand Prize winner will be selected from all valid entries in a random draw by PromoVeritas, an independent promotion verification service. The draw will be made within 7 days of 1st October 2018. The winner will be notified via email within 7 days of the draw date. Entrants who do not respond to this notification within 7 days will lose their entitlement to the prize. At this point the Grand Prize draw will be re-drawn and notification procedure for the new winner will commence. No correspondence will be entered into by Kent Express Ltd, nor any of the sponsors, in relation winners of the draws.
12. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter other members of our group of companies and third parties connected to Kent Express Ltd. hereby expressly exclude:
    1. all conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity;
    2. any liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by any entrant or winner in connection with any prize draw or any entry.
13. As a condition of your entry into any prize draw, you agree to indemnify us and our affiliates, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all liabilities, other expenses (including costs and legal fees) and damages arising out of claims resulting directly or indirectly from such entry. Kent Express is unable to take responsibility for tax due on gift awards. Financial Advisors/Accountants should be contacted to clarify any specific tax liability that may arise.
14. Kent Express accepts no responsibility for any failure to fulfil its obligations arising out of circumstances outside its control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be restricted to terrorist attack or incident, government regulation, regulatory action, accident, war, riot, natural disaster, explosion, fire, weather or strike.
15. Kent Express reserves the right to suspend or terminate any prize draw at any time if it has reasonable grounds for doing so, which may include without limitation a prize draw (or the website on which it is presented) being subject to, or affected by, any denial-of service (DOS) attacks, bugs, viruses or any other technologically harmful material or act of hacking by a third party, or in the event of any wilful attempt to breach these terms and conditions.
16. Our product prices are independent of this competition and will not be affected by it.
17. This competition may be amended or withdrawn at any time.

Entrants agree that by entering this prize draw their personal details may be stored and otherwise processed by Kent Express Ltd and the sponsors in relation to this competition. Please read our privacy policy carefully to understand how we may use your data. This includes details of our responsibilities and your rights under the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations).

How to enter:

1. You will receive one automatic entry into the grand prize draw for every multiple of £300 excluding VAT spent per single order in the competition period 01/07/18-30/09/18, with a minimum qualifying order value of £300 excluding VAT. This applies for orders taken either by phone or online at kentexpress.co.uk
2. Qualifying online orders will earn double the number of prize draw entries. Your chance of winning will increase with the number of prize draw entries that you earn.
3. There are no limits on the number of entries you can submit to the grand prize draw via these entry routes.
4. The Grand Prize will be £500 ex-VAT value of dental supplies per month for the 12 calendar months of 2019. The dental supplies must be bought from Kent Express either by phone or online. The prize is not transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. The winner will be the named account holder for the account number that wins the prize.
5. If stock from a qualifying order is returned and the value of the corresponding order reduces, then we will reduce the number of allocated prize draw entries for that account-holder accordingly.
6. There will be bonus prize draws each month for all qualifying account holders who have earned at least one grand prize draw entry that month. These bonus draws will take place immediately after the end of each relevant month. The prizes will be: July – iPad 32GB WiFi. August – Nintendo Switch. September – Sonos One. We reserve the right to change these prizes to other items of similar value. No cash alternatives will be provided. As a condition of winning a bonus prize, the bonus prize winner must agree that Kent Express may use their name and practice name within promotional activities that are directly related to this promotion.
7. There will be opportunities to earn additional grand prize draw entries, limited to one per month per Kent Express account number. These are in return for specific activities, as follows: July (01/07/18-31/07/18) – mention @kent_express on Twitter to receive one free additional grand prize draw entry. 8. No purchase is necessary to enter this promotion. Entry via this route will have the same chance of winning each prize draw as entries earned as a result of placing orders during the qualifying period.
